Destiny Guard Our Girls refers to a series of TikTok edits featuring popular female anime characters set to the song "Honor to Us All" from the Disney film Mulan. Video creators made montage edits featuring their favorite female anime characters in June and July 2025, highlighting the lyrics, "Destiny guard our girls / And our future as it fast unfurls / Please look kindly on these cultured pearls / Each a perfect porcelain doll / Please bring honor to us all." Although the trend began with a series of anime and video game edits, by late June, TikTokers were making videos using the sound effect to highlight women from different races and professions.
