Are You Frustrated is an image macro/photoshop fad in which characters faces are elongated using the stamp tool in Photoshop and often combined with the phrase “Are You Frustrated?”
Origin
The first image was made from the face of Siegfried Kircheis from Legend of the Galactic Heroes[1].
Originally a subbed version of the scene, the face was elongated and twisted around, much in the same was as the arms in Rage Comics, for comedic effect.

This image was often used as a reaction image on 4chan, but over time became a photoshop fad when other faces from scenes containing the words “Are You Frustrated” began to be elongated as well.
