CIA / CIA Guy[1][1][1][1] is a character from the Batman movie The Dark Knight Rises. Due to his incredible performance by holding back his power level, he has spawned a variety of world-class, god-tier memes. He also has a fanbase, eternally dedicated to his struggle against hotheads and small guys.
History
Nobody actually knows the true origins of CIA. Some say that nobody cared who he was until he put on the mask and that he merely adopted the darkness, but those people are usually people who didn’t fly so good. Some say that he was formed when the universe was created but was banished to Christopher Nolan’s world, and he (as well as Bane) might actually have transcended dimensions and reached into reality.
Legacy
BRAVONOLAN Thanks to the scene from the film, CIA has experienced a large surge in popularity with many people who self-identify as “big-guy-kin”. He is also well-remembered for his awe-inspiring and highly motivational quotes.
