The “What The Hell Am I Doing” Series" (original title on japanese: 何やってんだ俺シリーズ) is a video tag in Nico Nico Douga videos refering to a series of MAD videos by showing a character bouncing it’s breasts and a text showing up in the background.
Origin
The first video titled “うにゅ”[2] was uploaded first by the creator “roah”[1] on July 30, 2011 on Nico Nico Douga. The video is showing the Touhou Project character “Utsuho Reiuji” with grey hair and bouncing for 20 seconds her breasts, while a text is showing “Caution !! Caution !! Caution !!”. The song in the background is a soundtrack from the first stage level from the NES video game “Spelunker”.

Spread
The video gained until beginning June 2012 over 200.000 views. The parodies can be found under the tag.[3]
Two days later, a video titled “さなぱぃ” (english: The Pie)[4], which is also a fad response to the fanfiction series さなぱい / The Pie (Attention! NSFW), was uploaded by Nico Nico Douga user “琴吟どう 夢路”[5]. Many users copied the style of the video by showing another object appearing up on the bottom left.
After August 9, 2011, the YouTube user “Kamen8211E”[6] re-uploaded 13 Nico Nico Douga videos but with another titles with the snowclone “Caution!! X Bounce!!”. The video, that gained the most popularity with over 30.000 views until beginning June 2012, is the Nico Nico Douga video “おムネが穣子っ” and the YouTube user entitled the video to “Caution!! Minoriko Bounce!!”.
Then other YouTube users also created their parodies and used the snowclone. But not much parody videos have been uploaded from YouTube users.
