5 Best Bodybuilding Programs To Pack On Serious Muscle!
For anyone looking to pack a serious mass, one of their top priorities will be to determine the best training method. Here are 5 training configurations to pack in serious muscle. Learn more.
For anyone looking to pack a serious muscle mass, one of the main priorities will be to determine what is the "Best Bodybuiding Training to Follow ":http://weighttraininghub.com/10-best-bodyweight-exercises-to-train-your-core/. There is a wide range of different trainings available, so it is important to choose the one that best suits your needs.
It is also essential that you understand what factors contribute most to gaining lean muscle mass. A program that uses these principles will often fare better than one that does not.
Let’s take a brief look at some of the most popular bodybuilding training configurations and identify the pros and cons of each.
1 THE 5 X 5 PROGRAM
The five-for-five program is one that is quite popular among those looking to gain a lot of strength and muscle mass.
The configuration of this program is to perform three main exercises that address the main muscle groups of the body (both the lower and upper body in the same training), performing five sets of five repetitions. At the end of each training, you can add some sets of isolated exercises if you wish, but the program does not require it.
PROS
One of the biggest advantages of this configuration will be a greater frequency of training. Since you will stimulate so many muscle fibers every other day, you will see a very high release of testosterone, promoting a good degree of muscle mass growth.
Most people also discover that they are hungrier while following this program, which is representative of the intense nature of it.
CONTRAS
The drawback of this program is that it is likely that a beginner should not jump since it will be intense and could lead to overtraining if you are not careful. It is best to have a history of lifting 3-6 months ago so you can be sure that your body is ready for this stress load.

The second drawback of this configuration is due to the fact that it will lift weights three times a week; It does not lend so well to many other activities, such as intense sports training. If you are involved in high level athletics, it may be better to choose a slightly less demanding program so you do not feel too fatigued.
EXAMPLE OF EXERCISE
You will want to aim to perform the 5 X 5 protocol for the central exercises as described above and then reduce the volume for the accessory lifts.
If you know that you are going to enter and you are someone who tends to have difficulty recovering, then maybe you want to try a 3 X 5 configuration first and see how it goes. It can be easy to train in this program if you are not careful.
Alternate between training A and training B three times a week with at least one rest day between sessions. Try to rest 60 to 120 seconds between sets of basic exercises and 30 to 45 seconds between sets for accessory exercises.
